Principals of Endurance Holdings have many years of investment experience working with small and middle market companies across a wide range of industries. We have hands on experience assisting growth companies develop and execute their strategic plans. Our network of business relationships enables us to provide guidance and support in areas such as finance, marketing, distribution and acquisitions.
We target companies with strong management teams, a differentiated product or service with attractive growth prospects. Companies typically have revenues between $3 million and $25 million and operating profit between $500,000 and $7.5 million. Larger transactions are evaluated in conjunction with select institutional financial partners. Selectively, we will pursue earlier stage investment opportunities.
Industries under consideration include consumer products, leisure products, business services, industrial / manufacturing, health care services, among others. In particular, we seek companies basd or principally doing business in the western United States.
The Principals also have experience with investment banking services including sell side assignments, capital raising and mergers. Over the past several years, Endurance has worked with multi-billion dollar global companies as well as earlier stage businesses.
